Terms of Service

Ganapati Aarti (ganapatiaarti.com, the “Site”) is operated by Inov8r Labs Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site publishes traditional aartis and devotional texts in Devanagari and English, and lets signed-in users create “collections”: ordered lists of aartis that can be shared by link. The Site is free of charge.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Sign-in is by email link or Google. Keep your email and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the My Collections page. Deletion removes your profile and collections.

Collection names, descriptions and URLs you create are yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display them so we can provide the Site (for example, to show a public collection to people you share it with). Public collections are visible to anyone with the link; mark a collection private to hide it.

You agree not to use names, descriptions or URLs that are unlawful, hateful, misleading, infringing, or that impersonate others.

The aartis are traditional devotional works. Our transliterations, translations, layout, PDFs and design are provided for personal, non-commercial devotional use. Please don’t republish the Site’s compiled content commercially without permission.

• No scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No creating many accounts or collections to squat on URLs or disrupt the Site.
• No uploading or linking to harmful, unlawful or infringing material.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY OF TEXTS OR TRANSLATIONS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INOV8R LABS INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO CAD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in that case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Before starting any formal dispute, please write to us at hello@inov8rlabs.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
